Llevo horas viendo este codigo y no encuentro el por que no en IE se ve el link y en Firefox si, si alguien puede decirme el que estoy haciendo mal se los agradeceria.

en firefox si funciona correctamente y me habilita la liga pero en IE no me lo habilita
