¿Alguien maneja la tarjeta Pagum?
me han dicho (alguna fuentes casi-confiables) que con ella, uno puede inscribirse en Ebay para poder vender (muy aparte de la Paypal que es basicamente para cobrar, pero ese es otro tema...)
mi problema en si es que cuando coloco los datos de dicha pagum en la pagina inicial de "sell" (vender)...me bota este mensaje...

2. Use a different card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex [US Only], Discover [US Only]) to complete your credit card authorization.
