Perdon por el duplicado no volvera a pasar fue un lapsus 
Estoy que trato desde hace rato con un codigo pero no me esta saliendo como yo quiero nose q pasa ,
Lo que hace es comparar 2 archivos si uno esta desactualizado lo actualiza.
Algun ejemplo mas sencillo no tendran ??? ......
