Hola a todos, soy helen, super inexperta en esto del php, html y demas, tengo una pagina web a la que le estoy tratando de instalar un formulario desde hace 15 dias y no le encuentro la vuelta aun ya que me indica error y la verdad es que ya no se que hacer, ojala puedan ayudarme, gracias.
