In reference to your request for proposal, QuinnCom submits the following:

E-Commerce
QuinnCom specializes in custom designed shopping cart systems (we do not use any off the shelf
products for our shopping carts: ex. Miva Merchant). Our customized shopping cart is at least 5
times faster then other systems due to the fact of it has substantially less code to look through
before displaying a product from a database. Our custom shopping carts can be hosted and
edited by any skilled programmer.
Send Gift Certificate form. QuinnCom will develop a form that will allow the user to send money to
another bank account using the website. There will be 35 fields on this form (including the credit
card information and standard checkout information).
QuinnCom can also assist you in setting up your Internet Merchant account, which will enable you
to process orders online.
Database Features:
• Contact Management Database: QuinnCom will create a Database Application that will enable
your website to capture information and provide you with a method to access the info in the
future via user name and password protection. This feature will enable you to gather
information about your customers including name, address, phone number, e-mail address,
(up to 15 fields of information) via web-based forms. After you capture the information, you can
access the info and use it as you wish.
Text should be delivered in a digital PC format; any text changes made after delivery will be billed hourly.
Images should be delivered either in a ready-to-be-scanned or digital PC format. If digital imagery cannot
be provided, QuinnCom can provide royalty-free digital images for additional costs.
• There will be a Disclaimer page created. The user MUST agree to the terms before
proceeding with a transaction through the site. Prior to sending gift certificates.
• Membership Sign-Up: QuinnCom will develop a Membership registration area. Users will come
to the site, sign up and create an account. They will receive a user name and password.
• Membership Login: QuinnCom will develop a Member Login area. The member will use this
user name and password to log into the site and submit their credit card information. This
credit card information will be sent to the third party verification partner (Eprocessing Network,
Authorize.net or a company similar) who will verify all credit card information as being valid.
The funds will then be deposited into your bank account. Your company and the user will both
receive emails form the third party verification system letting them know that the money has
been deposited and the transaction, to this point, has gone through. From this point, you
finalize the transaction.
• Custom Sales Reports: QuinnCom will this reports section will be similar to the one shown in
the demo on Quinncom.net:

password: quinncom). This will have a breakdown of sales transactions by year, month, week
and day and will show the names of customers who purchased products as well as the
beneficiary information and when they made the online transaction, the amount.
• Sales Reports upgrade: QuinnCom can also provide a form for the administrator to request all
transaction of a single day. After submitting the date request, the site will provide a page
which will show 1 transaction per line, and display the following fields of information (all of
which are already stored in the database from the existing transactions): date, trans number,
total amount, sent amount, bank, bank city & country, aba, swift, beneficiary account #,
beneficiary acct holder, further credit to, sub acct #, beneficiary comments, beneficiary
address, and phone #.
• Optional Order History database: QuinnCom can develop an Order History database. This will
allow you to view a detailed report of the Order History of each customer within the database.
• QuinnCom specializes in creating websites specifically designed to be listed in the top search
engines.
• QuinnCom “Submit-It”—drive traffic to your site by registering with over 1400 online search
engine, directories and award sites today. This service gives your website the competitive
advantage that you need to be found on the web. It currently lists your site with the top search
engines, such as Altavista and Excite in addition to targeting regional, special interest and
industry directories to reach your ideal customer.
• Paid Submission: Please note that this proposal does not include submission to Paid-
Submission Programs such as: Yahoo ($299.00), Look Smart ($299.00), and Inktomi (fees
based on per URL price. Prices per URL 1st URL $39.00, additional URL’s $25.00). These
Paid Submission Programs are optional and are subject to the aforementioned fees.
• Optimize or create ALT Tags by changing graphic file names to a more specific keyword.

• Add industry-focused Meta Tag Descriptions throughout the site.
• Add industry-focused Meta Tag Keywords throughout the site.
• Add industry-focused Meta Tag Titles throughout the site.

• $75.00, monthly3= $900.00 for one year with wire transfer-- QuinnCom’s hosting and
maintenance services allows us to streamline any site changes, while we also chart specific
traffic patterns and hits on your site.
• Detailed Statistics and Tracking offers many features such as traffic, tracking and counting; our
tracking program reports: totals and averages, unique visitors, reloads, system tracking, last
20 hits, referrer tracking, (Tracker is available upon request and features can change without
notice.)
• Please Note: Because of the nature and complexity of the programming involved with this
website, it would have to be hosted and maintained by QuinnCom.
Preliminary Design Review / Timeframe
Mock-up— A general web page will be created before your website goes into production. The
mock-up is an illustration of how the entire site will look, feel and function. Things to look for

include color, font size and shape, layout and navigation. This quote provides up to two changes
to the mock-up design. Once the mock-up has been approved all your website content
(usernames, passwords, text, graphics, pictures, etc.) will be due. Text changes made after
delivery will be billed hourly.
Production— Will begin once you approve your mock-up and all your content has been received.
During this time all: testing, support and training will take place.
Please note: Once the mock-up has been approved any additional design changes or additional
content received will be subject to billable hours for work provided.
Project Timeframe—Once QuinnCom receives usernames, passwords, text, graphics and mockup
approval; we can usually complete the design within Five Weeks. Time can vary due to third
parties such as Secure Keys and Domain Name Transfers and receiving website content.
Payment:
• Deposit—a 50% deposit is required before development can begin. Hosting Payment- The
Hosting must be paid for in advance, at least one year at a time. You can pay for additional
hosting in One year increments if you choose to lock in your low hosting rate. Final Payment-
• QuinnCom shall not be held liable or responsible if the client fails to receive approval from their
bank or merchant account.
