Ayuda con tamaño del foro

Necesito ayudaaa!!..urgente y es que por instalar el mod reglinks y desinstalarlo ahora no se ven los links de descargas ni siquiera logueado, lo instale y trabajo bien solo que lo desinstale segun porque queria cambiarle la leyenda de "Register o Login" pero salio peor ahora ya no puedo instalarlo y me sale este error:
