La Empresa de Desarrollo de Software Isthmus de Costa Rica, se encarga de se encuentra en busca de programadores en Java con las siguientes caracteristicas:

* English spoken and written
*Diploma in software development or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study. *3+years development experience with Java EE, including JSP, Servlets, JDBC, XML, *Experience with MVC frameworks like Struts, or JSF. *Experience with webservices. *Experience and Knowledge on IDEs like Eclipse, Netbeans, IntelliJ *Experience with Application servers like Tomcat, JBoss, (desirable also with Websphere and BEA weblogic) *Experience interfacing with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) *Familiarity with OOP patterns and UML Design (Rational, Visio, others) *Experience applying the above technologies to the development of n-tier, web-based applications. *Detail-oriented individual with solid verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, and team work oriented. These are considered a plus: + Experience with Hibernate, + AJAX, EJB, Java Persistance API. + Java ME + Knowledge with extreme or agile programming.
