he puesto el archivo cgi en la carpeta cgi-bin y le he puesto 755, pero me sale esto:

las paginas de "su formulario se ha enviado satisfatoriamente, etcc.. tambien las puse en la misma carpeta de cgi-bin.
¿donde lo estoy haciendo mal?
