Pero ¿cuál es el problema con lightbox?
Si anteriormente lo habías arreglado así:
Cita: <a href="motion/cielo_jazz.swf" width="550" height="400" ...>
para que te valide sólo tienes que usar la forma correcta en xhtml y que te comentaba:
Cita: <a style="width:550px; height:400px;" href="motion/cielo_jazz.swf" ...>
