Hola amigos e instalado jomsocial 1.5.248 en joomla 1.5.15 y puedo registrarme y todo pero cuando quiero subir el avatar me marca este error

y cuando quiero subir las fotos no la sube solo hace que sige subiendo y no pasa nada agradesco la ayuda para resolver este problema.
