Ayuda error en el Traductor PHP -ES IMPORTANTE-

Estoy corriendo en Windows 2000 Server, IIS 5, traductor PHP 4.0.6 y al final de la instalacion de el traductor, me aparece el siguiente mensaje:

Lei el install.txt en la parte de IIS pero no dice nada al respecto, quisiera que me ayudaran a solucionar este problema.

Cabe anotar que en el Windows 2000 Server No veo junto al reloj el "IIS Is Running", y en el panel de control/Herramientas administrativas/ NO aparece la opcion deAdministrar servicios de PWS

Estoy tratando de poder configurar el equipo que esta conectado a una red LAN dentro de un edificio (Y navego por punto y tarjeta de red)


El mensaje es:


Due to a missing OCX control on your system,
the installation Wizard is unable to configure
your web server. However, PHP has been
succesfully installed, and all you need to do
now is manually configure the web server as
described in tje install.txt file wich can be
found in your php installation directory.
