Como acceder al panel de control de un dominio regalado xd!

hola a todos ! , hace 1 mes adquiri un nuevo servicio de internet y la oferta era que me ragalaban un dominio, pues me lo regalaron , luego les mande un mail para que me dieran el acceso total a dicho dominio, a lo que me respondieron con lo Sgte:
