Ese error esta documentado, a ver si este link te sirve http://otroblogmas.com/error-zend-to...sprovider-php/ y el plugin viene en nb por defecto si no recuerdo mal, lo único que tenes que hacer es configurar en las opciones el path a zf.sh.
