Error Number: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

Tengo un script php subido a un hosting a la hora de ejecutarlo en mi maquina local se ejecuta sin ningun inconveniente pero al momento de ejecutarlo en mi hosting me muestra el siguiente error Error Number: 2006 MySQL server has gone away update analitico_replies3 set count_account=count_account+1 where fan_month=month(TIMESTAMPADD(hour, 6, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP())) and fan_year=year(TIMESTAMPADD(hour, 6, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP())) and id_cuenta=28 and screen_name_id='AntoItzel' Filename: /home/lostuite/public_html/models/factor.php</p><p>Line Number: 20
