hola, estoy probando una aplicacion, pero resulta ser q cuando quiero q grabe el mensaje me aparece esto:

parece q el archivo no tiene el permiso? pero no se q puede ser, o el servidor no aguantará el script? como hago en ese caso para saber q es lo q aguanta el servidor? con phpini? a eso lo hice y me tiró toda la lista de php, pero no se si realmente anda porq con otra aplicacion tampoco la pude hacer andar
