siguen mis problemas
Le metí mano al PHP.INI para indicar el sendmail_from probé y ahora me pasa esto:

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 503 Incomplete envelope information in

¡Qué complicada me está resultando la funcion mail() !!!
