Como Activar introfile de shoutcast

el problema es que no suena la intro que grabe en mi radio online, la configuracion la puse bien nose cual es el problema aca esta la parte de la configuracion del intro file, el mp3 esta ubicado en el disco C: (en la raiz) asi es que por eso no hay ninguna direccion de carpeta esta es:

aqui vemos que el archivo se llama uno y 32 es el bibrate, cual sera el problema hay algo mal????
