Google Analytics en joomla no me funciona

Google Analytics en joomla no me funciona
Hola a todos::
tengo el siguiente problema..
no se donde colocar el codigo javascript de google analytics ya que esta creado con ECHO y al colocarlo en el body al visualizar la web se ve en blanco..

No lei el texto ni el codigo , supongo que tienes el codigo de google en una $var , ahora ¿ por que no lo pones directamente en index.php de tu plantilla antes de </body>?

este es el index de mi pagina..
segun google analystic ahi q colocarlo dentro del body.. en otras web q he hecho me funciona ok pero en este template no.. esta creado con ECHO y me deja la web en blanco si le agrgo el codigo de google analystic

pero por que no usas algun plug in para eso? he visto varios, que version de Joomla usas la 1.0 ó la 1.5??

si usas la 1.5 hay varios plug ins!!

yo en particular uso BIGSHOT Google Analytics, y me da de maravilla, claro que una ves instalado tiene que poner el codigo para que google vea que eres el propietario y listo!

cualquier cosa postea.. y ayudamos! :D

Yo te recomiendo encarecidamente un plugin para hacer esto, es más sencillo que editar tú el código.

Una vez activado, revisas el código para ver si estás conforme y listo.

Estimado amigo,

Como bien dice arriba de cuando lo copias:

Poner el Código justo justo antes de la etiqueta </body>

en el index.php del template.
