Suma de input tanto en linea vertical y horizontal

Buenas tardes... Me podrian ayudar con un script que me realice dos (2) sumas simultaneas tanto de manera vertical como horizontal.

Algo asi mas o menos. sumo 4 mas 5 es igual a 9 y al mismo momento me deberia de sumar 4 mas 6 mas 7 es igual 17.

4 + 5 = 9
+
6
+
7
=
17.

Espero su pronta ayuda.

Nose si es algo como esto lo que precisas.
