hola alguien soy nueva en esto de desarrollo web

estoy tratando de crear un texto en movimiento

y si se mueve pero no se como hacerle porque corre a lo largo de toda la pagina

y iop kiero k corra en una sola area

es muy similar aunque tiene alguna diferencia, yo lo pude colocar en donde necesitaba.
