Brincar un registro

Hola amigos pues vengo aquí con una duda, en la cual tengo el siguiente código:

pero a la hora de pintar me brinca el primer registro, osea que si tengo enlistados del 1 al 10 comienza del 2 y no del 1

Pero ese es todo el codigo?

Seria util si pones todo el codigo, porque esto que pusiste no dice absolutamente nada...

El cierre de la conexion tambien sacala y colocala al final de la pagina.
