insertar texto largo en un registro

hola tengo un problema que cuando intento insertar un campor con el valor

no se que me pasa puede ser que el servidor tenga limitado el volumen de datos en una variable?

esas comillas estan mal, no son las comillas comunes (supongo que seran del copy/paste)

El campo cont_cat debería ser declarado como TEXT en la base de datos
