Problema en servidor

Un saludo amigos maestros los de hostdime me suspendieron la cuenta por este error:

no se que sera alguien me puede ayudar como arreglar este fallo, si entiendo algo pero me gustaria tener la certeza de los expertos, y muy mal hostdime porque me suspenden la cuenta sin antes darme tiempo de corregir el error, imaginese hoy perdi un cliente por la culpa de ellos les fui a mostrar la pagina y zaz "suspended account" que vaina.

Consulta a tus proveedores hasta cuentas conexiones activas puedes tener en tu sitio web.

No creo que se trate de un error de programacion, siento que el error indica que el dominio xxxxxxx.com excedio algún limite de conexiones simultáneas.

Nos disculpa si su sitio fui suspendido sin previo aviso. Desafortunadamente en estos tipos de situaciones tenemos que suspender los sitios que están abusando de recursos para proteger el servidor. ¿Imagínese si su sitio esta abajo o muy lento debido a otro sitio en el servidor usted esperaría que lo suspendiéramos para cerciorarse de que su sitio no fue efectado? Pienso que si!.

Si su sitio esta usando muchos recursos yo le recominedo su propio servidor dedicado. Podemos darle algunos descuentos, ya que usted es un cliente de hostdime. Hostdime quiere que todos sus clientes esten felices.
