Problema al subir archivos con PHP Tengo el siguiente codigo:

Como se pueden dar cuenta el problema es que ni con $_FILES ni con $HTTP_POST_FILES (ya lo intente) me trae los datos del archivo.<form name="formPonente" action="" onsubmit="enviarDatosPonente(); return false;" enctype="multipart/form-data" method="post">
