no puedo mandar correos desde mi formulario aki les incluyo el fuente

hola a dotos kisiera ke alñguien me pudiera a yudar , tengo un formulario creado con un programa cofecupform ke hase los formularios automaticamente segun el programa. pero ami no me funciona me marca error les doy e l error ke me marca:
