En uno de los mails que recibi para trasnferir un dominio a otro registrante me mandaron esto, alguien entiende que me decian? yo interprete, pero como es un trabalenguas. ayuda please.

We understand that you intend to have your domain transferred to another
ICANN accredited registrar and do not want that joker.com sponsors the domain.
You know that this action is not needed if you simply want to change
the company where your web-site is hosted or if you want to change the nameserver.
Please make sure that the registrar of your choice is listed as ICANN accredited at:
http://www.icann.org/registrars/accredited-list.html
According to law in Germany, we need to be sure that this reflects the
decision of the owner and/or administrative contact (admin-c) of a
domain and have to ask you to answer this mail. Please be aware that the
procedure is intended to secure your domain and to avoid unintended transfers
initiated by domain speculators. There are only 2 possibilities for your answer:
delete the 1st line (AGREE:YES) if you do not want to transfer the domain to another registrar.
delete the 2nd line (AGREE:NO) if you want to transfer the domain to another registrar.
AGREE:YES ( I want to transfer the domain )
AGREE:NO ( I do NOT want to transfer the domain )
Replies which contains both lines, will be considered as AGREE=NO
Replies which have that lines modified or both deleted will be considered as AGREE=NO
No response will be considered as AGREE=NO.
Different responses from owner and admin-c will be considered as AGREE=NO
We will consider AGREE=YES only if we receive both or only one answer which has
only the line AGREE=YES.

WITHIN 5 (FIVE) CALENDAR DAYS. You can do that using the reply option of your mail-client.
Note that these procedure does NOT initiate the transfer procedure at the other registrar, but
only opens a 10 day time-window at our system during which we will accept
a transfer-request from the registry (initiated by the other registrar).
You must initiate that request at the registrar of your choice.
If and when we get such a request you will be notified again.

from 2003-06-01 23:37:53 to 2003-06-11 23:37:53
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A TRANSFER-REQUEST OUTSIDE THIS TIME WINDOW.
