Problemas de SPAM grupos yahoo

Este es mi problema

Estoy recibiendo todos los días y desde hace meses más de 30 mails de este o estos grupos yahoo http://groups.yahoo.com/group/-Britney-Spears-/ y yo nunca me he suscrito a ellos.

Escribo a soporte en este enlace http://help.yahoo.com/l/es/yahoo/gro...groups-32.html y siempre la misma respuesta

y vuelvo a hacer lo que dicen y nada. Es más cada vez que intento darme de baja con el enlace que dan siempre el mail revota y sigue llegando esos mails.
