Error al instalar VS 2008

Buen dia de ante amno gracias por la atencion y ayuda.

estoy tratando de instalar vs 2008 y me sale erro cuando instaleo le framwork 3.5 este es el log del error

Tienes office 2007 si es asi prueba antes de instalarlo ejecutar esto

msiexec /x {30120000-0044-0C0A-0000-0000000FF1CE}

si no funcionas pruebas hacer esto :
1. Desinstala todo lo relacionado con vs 2005, 2008, .net framework 2.0, 3.0, 3.5
2. instala vs 2008
3. ejecuta devenv /resetsettings
4. ejecuta devenv /resetskippkgs

¿Por qué no puedo instalar VS2008 en Windows 7 (7100)?

Tampoco puedo instalar el Framework 3.5.
Puede ser porque ya viene instalado en este Windows el Framework 4.

Pero no lo puedo desisntalar. ¿Alguien tiene alguna idea?

El VS2008 en windows 7 RC funciona perfectamente, yo no he tenido ningún problema. En lo relativo al framework, no hay pegas, lo normal es tener varias versiones del mismo instaladas, no hay pegas por ello.

Intenta instalar el VS2008 como administrador, con esos privilegios
