porfa quisiera que me ayuden como puedo arreglarlo

mi intencion era que el blog no tenga esos espacios predeterminados en los costados, eso ya lo amplie, pero se me malogro el resto, es decir el texto se distorsionó y ahora no se como repararlo .. la cabecera es muy grande, como lo reduzco? ..
