Como validar este error...

Hola , con el validador de w3c me salta este error nuevo:

alguien q sepa validar???
el codigo q me salta como mal es un include. y no tiene las etiquetas html.

Dice que la causa posible del error sea que pusiste un elemento block (como <p> <div> etc) dentro de uno inline (<font>, <span>)

Dice que el elemento que pusiste no esta autorizado para estar en el contexto en el que esta.

Creo que talvez si pones
<font color="#FF0000"><strong>LINKS RECOMENDADOS</strong></font>


Revisa que etiquetas estan antes del <div>, tal vez olvidaste cerrar una o esta mal anidadas.
