Saludos, quisiera por favor que ayude con un scroll en el que pueda definir la velocidad del mismo, que tenga un marco de color y que soporte enlaces, el mismo que cuando pase el mouse por el enlace este se quede sin moverse.. gracias desde ya

por que no lo insertas dentro de una tabla
la que puedes definir color y tamaño del borde

en marqueewidth=100 indicas el ancho de el scroll
en marqueeheight=120 Indicas la altura
en var marqueespeed=2 Indicas La velocidad y asi respondo su sig mensaje

Creo que te aclaré algo

pero si quieres hacer enlaces prueba esto en la linea de
var marqueecontent

var marqueecontent='<font face="Verdana" size="2"><a href="http://www.tuweb.com">Mensaje del Scroll</a></font>'

La verdad que este scroll es muy simple y puedes encontrar muchos por la www, con lo que puedes incluir html's o archivos .txt
en fin si es el que tiens por lo menos esto es lo que se podria hacer.
