No me reconoce el archivo "estilo.css"

Hola a todos.

Tengo un script en XHTML y un archivo estilo.css que se encuentra en la carpeta "Css", sin embargo cuando invoco a estilo.css desde el index.htm no lo reconoce.

Si pongo el contenido del estilo dentro del index.htm sí lo hace, alguien puede decirme qué está mal? Este es el index.htm

Hola,

¿El nombre del directorio coincide en mayúsculas y minúsculas a como lo tienes?

Si no es es eso te ha faltado poner el atributo REL:

<link href="Css/estilo.css" type="text/css" REL="styleSheet" />

creo ke te falto ponerle la propiedad rel a la etiketa link prueba asi

como te daras cuenta el atributo stylesheet de la propiedad rel indica ke lo ke se va a ejecutar es una hoja de estilos CSS, prueba de esa manera y ya nos contaras ke tal te fue.
