Error en el gestor de paquetes Synaptic

Hola, tengo este error cada vez que deseo ingresar al gestor de paquetes...

E: Tipo 'screenlets' desconocido en la línea 47 de lista de fuentes /etc/apt/sources.list
E: No se pudo leer la lista de fuentes.
Vaya al diálogo del repositorio para corregir el problema.
E: _cache->open() failed, please re

y cuando deseo ingresar en añadir y quitar me tira este error...

Este es un fallo importante en su sistema de gestión de software. Por favor, compruebe si existen paquetes rotos con synaptic, compruebe los permisos y la corrección del archivo «/etc/apt/sources.list» y vuelva a cargar la información del software con: «sudo apt-get update» y «sudo apt-get install -f».

Hago lo que dice alli pero no, ni por casualidad puedo resolverlo...

Los de color rojo creo que son los problemas, ya que estuve intentando instalar ultimamente los screenlets pero no pude porque no podia seguir, creo q es ese el problema...

Ponele una "#" delante de la linea que empieza con "screenlets".

Hola, aqui ando de nuevo, sabes que no me deja guardar al archivo desp que lo comento, es decir desp de modificarlo...porque no tengo los permisos, pero no se de que permisos se refiere si soy el unico usuario y tengo permisos de todo...

No tiene los permisos necesarios para guardar el archivo. Compruebe que ha tecleado el lugar correctamente y pruebe de nuevo.

Necesitas permisos de superusuario.
teclea ALT + F2 y en el cuadro de diálogo escribe: sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

Realiza los cambios que te Dice AleSanchez y ya podrás guardar los cambios.

Despues abre una terminal y ejecuta ·sudo aptitude update" (Sin las comillas).
