Instalando Remedy Action Request System

Estoy instalando el Instalando Remedy Action Request System, pero me da el siguiente problema

SQL1092N "ROOT " does not have the authority to perform the requested
command.

si el root no puede instalar entonces con que user lo debo hacer?

ojo si saben donde puedo encontrar info sobre esto mejor, como instalar Remedy Action Request system con DB2 8.2.
