ayuda con css y php en un wordpress

hola el motivo de este tema es ver si alguien podria ayudarme a aclarar o resolver mis dudas sobre el siguiente problema, tengo un blog bueno lo estoy haciendo y les comento que he modificado el header para meter unos flash pero al aparecer los mismos salen por encima de la pagina entonces el problema es que he tratado de modificar el css para poder darle mas espacio al header para que los flash se miren bien y la pagina debajo de ellos no le he podido lograr he bajado todo menos la imagen de la cabecer ya movi muchas veces el css y no logro hacer que baje un poco esta es la primera ves que posteo algo siempre he entrado pero solo a leer los temas y pues resolvia mis dudas sin nesecidad de hacer esto pero hoy si me siento entre la espada y la pared.

agradeceria cualquier ayuda porfavor es urgente !!!!

cual es la direccion del blog? es mas simple ver y evaluar con firebug que estar leyendo tanto codigo
