ayuda.. desfase con IE..

Buenas tengo un pekeño gran problema y es que cuadno visualizo mi web con mozilla.. de puta madre.. pero para variar.. en IE.. problemas..

En IE todo el contenido de mi web se visualiza totalmente desplazado hacia abajo. intentaré poner una captura.

Prueba a poner el 'valign' en "top". A mi me han pasado cosas raras de esas y alineandolo creo que algunas se me han solucionado... :S
