Problema con diseño (descuadramiento de tabla)

Hola he creado una pagina que creo k sta bien estructurada, y en firefox se ve perfectamente pero n cambio al abrirlo con IE, se ve muy desectructurada las celdas, stan en su lugar pero muy estiradas, me an dixo que se puede solucionar mediante CSS, es posible?? yo no lo uso.
alguien m pdria ayudar..? aqui dejo le codgo html x si sirve
