hola pues instale un fotolog y eso pero me manda este error cuando registro un usuario, y creo por que no me crea este directorio www.fotolog.com/aaa no me crea la carpeta aaa mmm alguien sabe que tengo que hacer'? esto son los errores miren

Ese es un problema de PHP cuando se ejecuta con Safe_Mode en On, por lo que tendras que modificar tu script para que trabaje con safe_mode (muy dificil) o pedirle al administrador de tu hosting que cambie la directiva de safe_mode.
