error en Coppermine

Hola amigos necesito ayuda, al momento de probar mi Coppermine en forma local funciona perfectamente, pero al subirlo en el servidor me da error en el php.ini sale lo siguiente

And change the memory_limit from 8M to and higher number I used 18M. Save the changes in the php.ini file, upload it back to the server if you download the file. After that go to your apache server and restart it (important!!!). The change should take effect right after that.

Lo que te esta diciendo es que le cambies la capacidad de memoria a más de 8 MB. Busca el archivo php.ini en la carpeta del servidor web (ej: c:\php\php.ini) y donde dice: memory_limit = 8M le pones 18M.
