Error 403 al instalar Nukeet

Bueno loq ue estoy tratando de hacer es instalar el nukeet en mi pc. Para eso antes instale xampp. Ahora loq ue he hechop es bajarme el nukeet de truzone. dentro de la carpeta htdocs cree una carpeta llamado limpio. dentro de esa carpeta meti la carpeta nuke que estaba dentro del RAR que me baje de la TRuzone.

Bueno luego modifique los permiso que me indican el manual. Para eso hice cicl derecho en las carpetas que me indicaba el manual y me fui a la pestaña seguridad y maruqe la opcion control total.

Bueno ahora para instlar el nukeet escribe la siguiente direccion en el navegador

localhost/limpio/nuke/instalar.php

Salio la pagina inicial de instlacion. Hasta hi todo normal. Luego hice clicl en nueva instlacion y aparecio el error 403 que me indica que no puedo acceder a ese objeto.

alguien me puede decir que hice de mal

ME PARECE que tiene que ver con el Servidor y los Permisos...

Yo he instalado NukeET en Servidores Remotos y nunca tuve problemas.

Podrias probar el WAMP para Servidor Local, yo con ese nunca tuve drama alguno; si vas a subirlo, podrias probar Byethost ya que te modifica automaticamente los permisos.

Bueno el nukeet ya lo instale en mi servidor. Incluso mi web ya lo instale en el local. Mas bien he tenido porblemas con algunas tablas de mi web asi que me recomendaron que instalara el nukeet en local. Es decir que haga una instlacion limpia y asi cotejara las tablas.

La solucion que me das es que deje el xampp. Para utilizar el wamp necesito desintalar el xampp??

Aun quiero seguir utilizando el xampp

El XAMPP lo instale una vez hace tiempo, y me dio problemas con varios CMS, no solo el NukeET, sera que era yo el de la mala suerte o no se...

No se cual es tu necesidad. Si necesitas correr la Web, instalalo en un Remoto y no deberia darte problemas (Dependiendo el Servidor).

Si tu necesidad es Testear el NukeET, mi idea seria instalar otro Servidor Web. Creo que deberas sacar el XAMPP para poner el WAMP o EasyPHP o Appserv.
Estos tres ultimos no me dieron inconvenientes, ni siquiera con Scripts creados por mi.

Cualquiera de los tres que te mencione, se instalan en unos segundos y se desinstalan en el mismo tiempo; no generan problemas, te lo digo porque he cambiado entre ellos unas cuantas veces en poco tiempo, y jamas tuve un fallo.

Otra cosa, si vez que no te convence el WAMP, podras sacarlo y volver al XAMPP, pero realmente no hay mucha diferencia entre ellos, son las mismas cosas; solo q ue el XAMPP trae algunos complementos de mas, que se podrian instalar en el WAMP manualmente...

Bueno ya instale el WAMP pero hay algo que me preocupa. al entrar al phpmyadmin no me solicta ni usario ni contraseña. Por cierto la primera vez que entre configure para el usario root@localhost su contraseña. Hice lo mismo en el archivo config.inc.php

Alguien sabe porq no me pide contraseña??
