A US established company (internet solutions – websites building) is seeking a project manager who will be responsible of planning, analyzing and directing the execution of web projects (for US clients). This position implies ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with a high degree of client satisfaction.


***Must be fluent in English. Candidates who are not fluent in English will NOT BE CONSIDERED.***


Specific duties:
* Facilitate communication between development team (programmers, designers, copywriters, among others) and management to ensure that each project is executed properly.
* Assign projects to appropriate staff members and inform management of any issues (or potential issues) with project flow.
* Proactively manage all details of the project and the overall workflow to ensure that all action items and all projects are accomplished on a timely and accurate basis.
* Interact with client and keep them informed of the project status.


Technical skills:
* Degree on Computer Science or related.
* Background in programming, especially with PHP-MySQL
* Experience in web projects (as a developer or as a leader).


Personal skills:
* Attention to details. Ability to multitask. Leadership skills.
* High energy self-starter with the ability to motivate geographically diverse teams (working with team players remotely).
* Organization skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
* Able to develop organizational commitment and predisposition to encourage team spirit by helping others.


Requirements:
* Availability: Fulltime job from mon to fri during US business hrs (EDT or GMT -4, currently).
* Superior spoken and written communication skills (in both Spanish and English). VERY IMPORTANT: FLUENT ENGLISH.
* Able to communicate daily live during US business hours using skype.
* High speed internet connection (remote job).
