checkbox

Estimados, tengo una grida en la cual tengo un checkbox la cosa es q de todos los registros necesito seleccionar soolo uno y lo unico q puedo lograr es multiseleccion(seleccionar varios registros), como puedo hacer para saleccionar de un item, ya que intente con un radio y tb pasa lo mismo.
