No me aparecen las imagenes en Internet Explorer

Hola tengo una duda a ver si alguien me puede ayudar:

Estos haciendo una web con tablas anidadas, y en 2 de ellas estoy colocando una imagen de fondo a la tabla y esa imagen no se me ve en Internet Explorer, son jpg, las converti en fondo de la tabla mediante CSS, en los demas exploradores se ve perfecto pero en IE no. Alguien sabra por que sucede esto? o como puedo solucionarlo?

Otra es que en FireFox me crea una separacion entre 2 tablas una que contiene un SWF y la que le continua un jpg, y en los demas exploradores se ve bien. he revisado en dreamweaver y nada.

Alguien me ayuda?

Primero, no usas tablas para maquetar, eso quedó en el pasado, ahora se hacen con DIV's y CSS.

Ahora, sobre las imágenes, quizá tengas la ruta mal, verifica que este correcta. Y pon el código o la página para ver si algo está mal.

Bueno no se como hacerla con CSS y no me gustan los DIVs... en los demas exploradores si se ve bien y aqui te dejo el codigo.
