problema con una imagen flash con navegador

Holaa que tal, espero me puedan ayudar. Estoy elaborando una pagina web en dreamweaver, inserte un codigo flash de un reproductor de musica (radio online) sobre el diseño de mi pagina elaborado con photoshop, el codigo lo puse sobre un espacio que deje para poner ese reproductor. El problema es cuando visualizo en los navegadores y hago zoom para ver mas cerca la pantalla mi diseño si aumenta ( el zoom) pero el reproductor NO. se queda igual y se mueve de lugar. Que podre hacer para solucionar este problema?
apenas inicio en este del diseño web y espero me puedan asesorar se los agradeceria. aqui les dejo el codigo completo
