Ayuda no se visuliza mi promo mail o newsletter

Hola ojala alguien me pueda ayudar, mi problema radica en que el fondo en degradado que le puse a mi promo mail no se visualiza (es una pequeña imagen jpg que se repite), el resto de las imagenes si otro problema es que al subirlo al outlook se descudra.

El promo mail es puro html, no tiene hoja de estilo y las imagenes son rutas absolutas montadas en el servidor y su estructura es una tabla con mas tablas anidadas dentro de si.

Ojala alguien me pueda ayudar o por lo menos decir que estoy haciendo mal.
