Hola bueno acabo de crear una conexion de prueba para ver si mi pagina estaba mal, y lo que ocurre es que cada vez que quiero ingresar datos a mi base de datos en phpmydamin me sale el error del titulo :S

SI no tienes acceso no es un problema de el archivo que nos publicaste sino de la conexión a la base de datos. Simplemente observa bien el archivo de tu conexión y asegurate de que no tenga ningún tipo de errores. Asegurate también de que tu servidor local este funcionando. Espero que te sirva :D
