wamp y php

quisiera que alguien que sepa del tema me de una mano.
Resulta que tengo una aplicacion implementada en php que me esta funcioanndo a la perfeccion.
Pero en modo desarrollo se me dio por instalar la ultima version del wamp
Y ahora me salen problemas de variables no inicializadas que antes no me salian, a que se debe que ahora me detecta los problemas de ese tipo y antes no??
la forma a proceder es solucionar cada uno de los problemas me me vayan saliendo o hay otra opcion de que me omita este tipo de errores??

Usa error_reporting() al inicio de tu script para definir el tipo de errores que deseas mostrar. O modifica directamente en tu archivo php.ini la directiva error_reporting

Debes cambiar algunas configuraciones en php.ini
