checkbox marcado valor = 1
checkbox desmarcado valor = 0

Como le puedo enviar el valor de cada checkbox a la consulta con solo hacer onclick ?

Puedes hacer uso de ajax.

Añades una funcion en javascript al onclick de cada checkbox, le das un id a cada uno y con ajax ejecutas el PHP correspondiente.
