Estoy instalando una aplicacion en Windows NT y cuando intento ejecutar el setup.exe, medice lo siguiente

Ese es el mensaje y el software se llama (BRANDMAP).
Ya edite el SYSTEM.ini se gun esas instrucciones reinicio la maquina y nada que puede ser..
