Necesito un menu desplegable como el que se encuentra aca <a href='ir.asp?http://www.revistaq.com.ar/ntrain.htm' target='_blank'>http://www.revistaq.com.ar/ntrain.htm...</a>(no el menu en flash de la izquierda sino el que dice rivera este)

No es tan difícil, mira, la función warp() que pide el "dropdown" la modificas para que en lugar de "ir" al url "abra" una ventana nueva, 'orita la verdad no te podría hacer el script, pero si le masticas un poco al java no te será muy difícil.
